2. Low carb low salt diet- Many people are not aware of the fact that it is not only fatty foods that make them gain weight. Salty foods can also cause weight gain because of water retention. The more salt you have in your system, the more water gets stuck inside which can increase your overall body mass.
3. High Fibre diet- it is important that while you cut back on the consumption of carbohydrates and salt, your system also gets cleaned up by infusing as much fibre in your body as possible. Fruits as well as vegetables are very good sources of fibre so you have to make certain that you get plenty of servings each day apart from your regular meals. In fact, you can start your day by having a fruit plate and fresh juice.
